New Desktop App + Android For Providers!

The newest version of the OnCall desktop application is here!

This critical update builds on the current version to further increase reliability and stability, as well as video quality. Continue to enjoy all the existing features that you’re used to, including our latest Analytics feature, which enables you to stay up-to-date on all patient-provider activities through our comprehensive tracking tool.

Note: It is important that you have the latest version of the OnCall desktop application in order to continue to enjoy a reliable video conferencing experience.

Please take a moment to follow the steps below before your next video appointment.

It’s easy to get started:
1. Click here to download the app to your desktop or laptop computer.
2. Follow the steps onscreen to install.
3. When it comes time for your next online video appointment, click Join Call to launch the desktop app!
Note: You do not need to delete or uninstall the previous version of the desktop app. Downloading and installing this new version will automatically take its place.

Announcing the OnCall Android mobile application for Providers!

The OnCall mobile application for Android is now available on the Google Play Store. Healthcare providers can now create and host their appointments on Android directly from the new app.
